Avigail graduated as a Biochemical Engineer at the Technion in 2013. Her graduation project in Professor Haick’s research group dealt with characterization of MCNP-based flexible pressure sensors. Research Scope: Combustion Kinetics of Nitrogen-Based Alternative Fuels
Started: October 2013
Bar graduated as a Biochemical Engineer at the Technion in 2013. His graduation project in Professor Grader's research group dealt with simulations of nitrogen-based alternative fuel combustion. His M.Sc. research focused on utilizing simulations in order to analyze the combustion pathways of nitrogen-based alternative fuels and how to reduce its pollutant emissions. Since transferring to a Ph.D. track, the focus of Bar's research has broadened to characterizing the effects of system parameters on the ignition and combustion of nitrogen-based fuels as well as further developing their simulation mechanisms. During his last undergrad year and another year after graduation Yuval worked as a process engineer at BAZAN refinery.
